Executive Summary
Scan Pro, Inc., a Tennessee corporation, has the opportunity to present this Pocket Ultrasound Probe solution. Ultrasound devices have been in service for hospitals and healthcare professionals for many years. Historically, Ultrasound devices have been large and wheeled around from station to station or housed in a designated room. By taking advantage of improved and fast developing technology, Scan Pro, Inc., in partnership with overseas partners has manufactured and set up a supply chain distribution model to bring a small, lightweight, and convenient Ultrasound device to the U.S. market. We call it our ‘Pocket Ultrasound Probe.’
First: These Pocket Ultrasound Probes come in 2 models, high frequency and low frequency. The high-frequency probe is best suited for venipuncture and intravenous therapy applications. The low-frequency probe is best used in scanning the various organs in the body and is also well suited for the initial examination of the Carotid artery for stenosis.
Second: Scan Pro, Inc. provides a package solution including the Pocket Ultrasound Probe, a holding cradle(patent pending), ultrasound training, and experienced physician support of our products. With Scan Pro, Inc., you are not just acquiring physical products, you have strong support in understanding the reading of the ultrasound and a continuing education opportunity.
Third: Many patients expect healthcare professionals to show them care, passion, and respect for their time. It is beyond identifying the illness or problem. The patient expects healthcare professionals to use the latest tools to measure or check if there are any hidden body issues. Our solution is the answer.
Scan Pro, Inc. would like to partner with you to improve healthcare services. We believe that the new technology plays a very important role in the future of healthcare and patient satisfaction. As patient needs become more acute, time and money saving tools will become increasingly important for both the patient and the practitioner.
Our mission is to provide ultrasound tools for healthcare professionals when they need them and where they need them…right in their pocket.

Introduction to Probes
The Pocket Handheld Ultrasound Probes connect to a handheld device, such as your smartphone or tablet, or to a PC/Laptop. The devices are lightweight and can be put into your pocket. The related APP can be loaded into smartphones, tablets, and PCs/Laptops.
There are two types of Probes. These Probes come with the cable that connects the Pocket Handheld Ultrasound Probe to the handheld device.
Why do we use a cable rather than Bluetooth? The Pros are:
1. A direct connection will maintain the imaging quality.
2. Wireless connections will be interrupted by different electronic devices.
3. The loading speed will be faster than wireless devices.
4. Lighter weight(significantly)than wireless Probes.
Here are the two types of Probes information.
A. High-Frequency Probe (Linear Array). One stick one time with the first success!
This type of Probe has high-resolution color imaging for adults with hard-to-find veins, pediatric patients, and neonates. Vein images are displayed and enlarged on the smartphone or tablet to greatly reduce the incidence of multiple sticks.
The product is suitable for ultrasound diagnosis of superficial tissues, small organs, and peripheral blood vessels of the human body, such as the inspection and use of small organs such as joints, thyroid, blood vessels, and muscles.
B. Low-Frequency Probe (Convex – Traditional Probe).
This type of Probe is excellent for deep tissue imaging of internal organs, such as lungs and small parts, MSK, sports medicine, abdominal, gynecology, obstetrics, urological, ICU.
This product uses digital wave synthesis (DBF), real dynamic aperture imaging (RDA), real dynamic sound apodization (DRA), real-time dynamic emission point-by-point focusing (DTR), real-time dynamic reception point-by-point focusing (DRF), Numerical control dynamic frequency scanning (DFS), 8-band digital TGC, dynamic digital filtering, image enhancement, line correlation, frame correlation, point correlation, linear interpolation, and other image processing techniques.
This product is suitable for clinical ultrasound examination of the human abdomen, gynecology, obstetrics, and urology diseases, such as liver, gallbladder, kidney, spleen, pancreas, uterus, bladder, fetus, attachment, etc., as well as family planning, pregnancy, gynecology, and obstetrics examination.
Revolutionary Cradle Designed for Handheld Ultrasound Probes
3PLServices, Inc. works with one of our partners to offer a patent pending cradle designed specifically for Pocket Handheld Ultrasound Probes. This revolutionary device is currently unavailable from any other manufacturers or distributors. The lightweight cradle connects most wired and wireless Pocket Handheld Ultrasound Probes and their display screen allows for 360-degree rotation of the probe and screen in both portrait and landscape positions. Its convenient single-hand design frees the other hand to perform procedures, take notes and/or make display screen adjustments. The cradle also provides a direct line of sight imaging for improved ultrasound procedure performance and general ease of use. (See prototype below)
Wireless Pocket Handheld Ultrasound Probes
3PL Services, Inc. also provides different high-end wireless Pocket Handheld Ultrasound Probes. This wireless probe type doesn’t have a cable connected to the Pocket Handheld Ultrasound Probes.
The beauty of this type of Pocket Ultrasound Probe is connecting to the pocket device thru the WIFI. The organization has secure WIFI thru the configuration. This will protect patients’ privacy data without being obtained by an outsider.
We have two types of Wireless Pocket Handheld Ultrasound Probes, single scan, and dual scan. The dual-scan device has one end for High-Frequency Probe (Linear Array) and the other end for Low-Frequency Probe (Convex.)
